Emergency Services Volunteer Opportunities:


  • Emergency Social Services (ESS): Dedicated on-call volunteers are needed to assist people in the event of an emergency. Please email us to learn more about becoming an ESS volunteer.
  • Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP): Ridge-Meadows RCMP Detachment has many volunteer operated Crime Prevention programs.
  • Ridge Meadows Search and Rescue (RMSR): Learn survival, map and compass, search techniques, rope rescue and swift water rescue skills. All this and help save a life! Contact Rick Laing at 604-463-4891.
